HeyPeach accepts return requests within 3 days of delivery. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order after the returned product is received and inspected by our team, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

A pickup charge of ₹100 will apply to each approved return and will be deducted from the refund amount. Pickup will be arranged only after the return request is approved. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order. HeyPeach does not issue store credit in place of a monetary refund.
